There is a Windows bug which causes a gray bar to show up at the top of the TransMagic interface, making it difficult to make some menu selections. Thus far, we've only seen this bug in R12 SP2 (R12.20.800 and R12.20.900), and there should be a fix in the next build of SP2.
The workaround to make the gray bar go away is to make sure TransMagic is active, then click the Windows key (looks like a window pane) while pressing the UP arrow. Some users have also solved the problem by dragging their TransMagic window bigger, or changing their screen resolution to high, then low.
