The preferred system requirements for TransMagic are:
For Standalone Installations:
- Recommended System
- Windows 11 Pro (64-bit)
- 2 GB Graphics Card with Open GL or Direct3D acceleration
- 16 GB RAM (More RAM is always better for large CAD files and assemblies)
- 3 GB Free Hard Drive Space for TransMagic software (TransMagic will decompress as it installs)
- 20% Hard Drive Space free for Windows caching (recommended by Microsoft)
- SSD Drives do increase read / write functions for files
- Minimum System Requirements
- Windows 11 (64-bit)
- Intel 7 or higher chip, or AMD Ryzen 7 or better
- Video Card (Any on-board video card. Consider DirectX in TransMagic Settings > Performance)
- 8 GB RAM
- 3 GB Free Hard Drive Space for TransMagic software (TransMagic will decompress as it installs)
- 20% Hard Drive Space free for Windows caching (recommended by Microsoft)
Keep in mind that lesser hardware will impact on how fast the CAD Model will process.
