Autodesk has moved to a registry-free add-on process, which means that, temporarily, if you want to run the Powerpack for Inventor with Inventor 2022 or 2023, you will have to make a registry edit. The workaround for now is to simply add a registry edit as shown below. In the TransMagic R14 timeframe (release is planned for fall 2022), this process will be handled transparently.
The Workaround
First, it's always a good idea to back-up your registry by Exporting it if you're going to make changes. With that said, launch the Registry Editor and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\Inventor\RegistryVersion27.0\System\Preferences. Add a new DWORD entry entitled LoadRegisterBasedAddins. You can right-click on this new entry and Modify to change the Value Data to 1 (hexidecimal), so it looks like the screenshot below. At this point you should be good to have access to the TransMagic Powerpack for Inventor 2022 or 2023.
