When you repair a model in TransMagic, if it is a watertight solid, you'll get the 'green light'. If you then save this file out to Parasolid (x_t) or .sldprt and open it in SOLIDWORKS, and choose to use Import Diagnostics, you may find that there are 'Faulty Face' errors. If the face error has a * in front of it, the asterisk indicates that there is a discrepancy between Parasolid attributes TransMagic creates and those used by Solidworks; Solidworks actually uses an older attributing system, so we sometimes have to 'Repair Face' on the first incident, and you will most often find that that fix also fixes all or most of the problem faces below the repaired face. You can see the green checkmarks where these faces were fixed.
