This is almost certainly a graphics card issue. Fortunately, TransMagic supports several graphics card contexts and this is easy to fix:
- In TransMagic click Settings
- Go to Application->Performance
- On this page there is a "Driver" pull-down. The default is OpenGL but the next context to try is DX9. Then DX11 or even OpenGL2.
- Click OK
- Reload the part. One of those contexts should work fine with your customer's graphics card.
- You might also want to shut-down and re-start TransMagic to make sure the settings get saved to the Windows Registry.
Background
Unlike many CAD solutions who specify support for only a few graphics cards, TransMagic supports a large number of differing setups allowing a much broader user base. Many cards function under different drivers and support different engines so TransMagic gives you the option to change your driver choice directly within the settings menu.
