If you are having issues downloading TransMagic, please check the following:
What may be happening on your end is that a webscan is interrupting or causing a timeout on your network.
Check that your anti-virus is not blocking Chrome or any other browser you are using.
Try turning off your virus checking until you’ve downloaded the file successfully.
Try downloading with a different browser than the one you are already using (choose between Chrome, IE, and Firefox).
Try adding TransMagic.com to “Trusted Sites” in your firewall settings.
