Why is my PMI is not visible?

 

If you’re sure there is PMI in the file, and PMI is enabled on the Settings > General tab, and it is turned on in the Operations tab, then one thing that could have happened is that the registry has become confused between settings of previous installations of Transmagic.

To test this, close TransMagic, launch your registry editor (always perform a backup before editing your registry), and delete this key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TransMagic\TransMagic. Then relaunch TransMagic, turn on PMI in Settings > General, and re-open the file.
